Tom brings over 17 years of trade experience to the table, working in many different environments with varying equipment including:
Conveyor systems, bucket elevators and drag chains
Load cells / scales (stationary and equipment mounted)
Large and small horsepower gearboxes
Hydraulic systems simple and complex
Pneumatic systems simple and complex
Electrical systems both DC and AC
Automation systems both PLC (solid state) and relay (mechanical)
Mobile equipment (loaders, excavators, forklifts, semis and trailers)

Hayley has nearly a decade of experience in industrial accounting practice. She is an alumnus of Edwards School of Business, Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting Major. She is currently pursuing a Master of Professional Accounting degree and has a passion for accounting in both an industrial and public setting.
She is in charge of all things accounting and office related for Breakthrough Industrial Solutions, and strives to make your experience with us as smooth and pleasant as possible! AKA the “magic behind the curtains” here at Breakthrough Industrial Solutions Inc.
