Create and mount QR codes on machines so operators can submit work requests:
When an issue arises, an operator scans the code with any device and follows the prompts
to submit a work request.The request is automatically linked to the scanned asset, creating a traceable maintenance history.
Assign work orders to technicians on a calendar-based schedule based on priority and availability.
Develop preventive maintenance inspections (PMs) tailored to each machine, with step-by-step instructions and photos to ensure thorough, consistent completion.
These inspections aim to catch problems before breakdowns occur and ensure routine tasks, such as lubrication, are completed regularly.
Schedule PMs to generate work orders automatically at set intervals, such as weekly or monthly, or at operating-hour or kilometre thresholds. Enter hours or kilometres weekly to trigger work orders when service is due—ideal for oil changes and full services.
Set up parts and vendor records using the software’s extensive inventory-tracking tools. Define minimum and maximum stock levels to help prevent shortages. Technicians scan part QR codes with a mobile device to add parts to work orders; when stock reaches the reorder threshold, the system automatically generates a replenishment work order.
